1. Website Purpose and Eligibility

The Website is intended primarily to provide information about Andaaz Weddings, our wedding and event-design services, our aesthetic, examples of our work and design capabilities, and ways to contact us.

Our Website and services are primarily intended for adults planning weddings, celebrations, and events.

If you are under 18, you should use the Website and submit information only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Use of the Website does not create a fiduciary, agency, partnership, joint-venture, employment, professional-advisory, or client relationship between you and Andaaz Weddings.

2. Informational and Inspirational Content

Website content is provided for general informational, promotional, and design-inspiration purposes.

Descriptions of services, photographs, design examples, floral arrangements, décor concepts, layouts, rental items, installations, mood imagery, and other visual or written materials are intended to communicate our style, capabilities, and potential services.

Website content is not a binding proposal, quotation, promise, warranty, or guarantee that a particular service, product, design, material, floral selection, rental item, or result will be available or reproduced exactly for a future event.

Actual wedding and event designs are developed based on the circumstances of each engagement.

3. Wedding and Event Inquiries

Visitors may submit wedding and event inquiries through the Website.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an event date, guarantee availability, constitute acceptance of an engagement, or create a client relationship or binding service agreement.

An inquiry also does not require Andaaz Weddings to provide a proposal, consultation, quote, design, or service.

An engagement becomes binding only when the applicable booking requirements are completed and the parties enter into the applicable written client agreement.

Any preliminary discussion, estimate, proposal, design direction, availability statement, or other communication made before a binding written agreement remains subject to change unless expressly incorporated into that agreement.

4. Services, Pricing, Availability, and Event Results

Andaaz Weddings may modify, add, discontinue, or change services described on the Website.

The Website does not currently publish binding prices, payment schedules, deposits, retainers, or final service terms.

Any pricing or design-investment information communicated after an inquiry is preliminary unless and until it becomes part of an applicable written agreement.

Event dates, services, products, rentals, florals, materials, and personnel remain subject to availability until an engagement is accepted through the applicable booking process.

Actual event results may differ from photographs, renderings, examples, concepts, or other Website content because of factors such as venue conditions, floral seasonality, product and material availability, rental availability, client selections, design changes, budgets, safety requirements, venue rules, installation limitations, vendor requirements, weather, and other circumstances specific to an event.

Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer to provide services on particular terms.

5. AI-Generated and AI-Enhanced Visual Content

Some visual content displayed on the Website may be created, materially enhanced, modified, or developed with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools.

AI-assisted imagery may incorporate Andaaz Weddings products, décor elements, design concepts, and creative direction. Such imagery may include enhanced presentations of existing products or installations, conceptual design visualizations, or entirely AI-generated scenes used to illustrate aesthetic direction and design possibilities.

Images that are AI-generated or materially AI-enhanced may be identified on the Website by an AI-related text disclosure, visual indicator, icon, or similar designation. These indicators are intended to help visitors distinguish AI-assisted conceptual imagery from photographs depicting completed events as originally captured.

Where an AI-generated image depicts people, those individuals may be digitally created and may not represent actual clients, event participants, or other real persons. Where appropriate, the Website may provide a more specific disclosure identifying digitally created people.

AI-generated or AI-enhanced imagery should not be interpreted as a representation that the depicted scene is an actual completed client event unless expressly identified as such. It also does not guarantee that an identical installation, floral arrangement, environment, product configuration, venue treatment, or event result will be provided.

Actual event designs and results may vary based on client selections, venue conditions, product and material availability, floral seasonality, budget, safety and installation requirements, vendor or venue restrictions, and other circumstances specific to an event.

Routine photographic adjustments, such as cropping, exposure correction, color correction, resizing, or minor image cleanup, may not be separately identified as AI-assisted or edited content.

6. Permitted Website Use

Subject to these Terms, Andaaz Weddings permits visitors to access and view the Website for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may share ordinary links directing others to publicly available pages of the Website.

No other rights in the Website or its content are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Website in a manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, malicious, or otherwise harmful.

You may not:

• attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Website or connected accounts, systems, forms, databases, networks, or infrastructure;

The Andaaz Weddings name, logo, branding, Website copy, original graphics, layouts, and other company-created materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, unfair-competition, or other applicable laws.

Website content may consist of materials owned by Andaaz Weddings, materials used under license or permission, third-party materials, and materials created or enhanced with artificial-intelligence tools.

Andaaz Weddings does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it appears on the Website.

Our rights in AI-generated, AI-assisted, or other Website material are asserted only to the extent recognized by applicable law.

Except as permitted by applicable law or authorized by the applicable rights holder, Website content may not be reproduced, republished, sold, licensed, distributed, systematically downloaded, commercially exploited, or used to create unauthorized commercial materials.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual-property rights to Website visitors.

9. Photographs and Third-Party Visual Materials

Photographs and visual materials displayed on the Website may include content created by Andaaz Weddings, content owned by photographers or other third parties, content used with permission or under applicable rights, and AI-generated or AI-enhanced content.

The appearance of third-party material on the Website does not transfer ownership or grant Website visitors a license to reproduce or commercially use that material.

Visitors are responsible for determining whether they have permission or another lawful basis before reproducing, publishing, modifying, distributing, or commercially using photographs or other visual materials appearing on the Website.

10. User Submissions and Inquiry Content

Visitors may voluntarily provide event information, design preferences, venue information, written descriptions, and similar information through Website forms or communications.

Andaaz Weddings does not acquire ownership of your photographs, event ideas, written material, or other content merely because you submit it through the Website.

By submitting information to us, you authorize Andaaz Weddings to process and use that information as reasonably necessary to review your inquiry, communicate with you, evaluate a potential engagement, prepare discussions or proposals, and, if you later engage us, provide the applicable services.

15. Limitation of Liability for Website Use

The limitations in this section apply only to access to and use of the public Website. They do not establish or limit liability arising from wedding, event-design, rental, floral, installation, or other services provided under a separate written client agreement.

To the extent permitted under applicable law, Andaaz Weddings will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from access to, reliance on, use of, or inability to use the public Website or its informational content.

This limitation is intended to address Website-related risks such as temporary unavailability, technical errors, reliance on general Website information, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms or technology providers. It is not intended to excuse Andaaz Weddings from obligations arising under an executed client agreement.

Nothing in these Terms waives or limits any right, remedy, duty, or liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited under New Jersey law or other mandatory law that applies, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

Liability relating to booked wedding or event services will instead be governed by the applicable written client agreement and applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Forum

These Terms and matters arising specifically from use of the public Website are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another applicable law provides a right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived or displaced.

Andaaz Weddings is based in Freehold, New Jersey. Where a dispute arising specifically from use of the Website is properly brought in New Jersey, the appropriate state courts located in or serving Monmouth County, New Jersey, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, may serve as the forum for the proceeding.

Nothing in this section is intended to require a visitor to waive a forum, consumer-protection right, remedy, or other substantive right that applicable law does not permit to be waived.

This section applies to disputes concerning use of the public Website only. It does not establish the governing law, venue, arbitration procedure, mediation procedure, or other dispute-resolution terms applicable to a booked wedding or event. Those matters, where applicable, will be addressed in the separate written client agreement.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Website, our business practices, applicable law, technology, or services.

When the Terms are revised, we will post the updated version on this page and update the Last Updated date.

Changes will apply prospectively from their applicable effective date to the extent permitted by law.

We will not rely on the posting of revised Terms to impose a material provision retroactively where applicable law does not permit us to do so.

You should review these Terms periodically if you continue to use the Website.

18. Website Suspension or Discontinuation

Andaaz Weddings may restrict, suspend, modify, or discontinue some or all Website functionality where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, misuse prevention, legal compliance, technology changes, service-provider changes, or business reasons.

We do not promise that the Website or any particular Website feature will remain available indefinitely.

19. Severability and No Waiver

21. Relationship to Client Agreements

These Terms govern access to and use of the public Website.

They do not establish payment terms, retainers, deposits, cancellation rights, postponement procedures, rescheduling rights, force-majeure obligations, rental-damage responsibility, installation requirements, venue obligations, floral substitution rights, insurance requirements, client cooperation duties, portfolio permissions, event-specific liability limitations, or dispute-resolution procedures for booked events.

Those matters, where applicable, belong in the separate written agreement governing the relevant wedding or event services.

If these Terms conflict with an executed client agreement concerning booked services, the client agreement controls with respect to those services.
